The core message is “own your office, don’t rent it”: with affordable entry prices and long-term flexible payment plans, buyers can invest in their own workspace for close to what they would pay in rent.
The project is located near government institutions, multinational headquarters, and major financial firms, with direct access to main roads and public transport. Buyers can use their unit themselves or rent it out for income. Facilities include underground parking, a gym and sports facilities, high-speed internet, concierge service, meeting room bookings, on-demand cleaning, and smart building systems. Delivery is stated as two years.

SECTOR is built for business. Ground-floor banks form a financial-services hub, alongside a serviced Meeting Centre, Academy, and Boardroom. The project sets energy, water, and carbon targets and is delivered using BIM to ISO 19650, with documented quality and safety inspections.

Arriving at SECTOR is simple. Each building has two underground parking floors, with flexible subscriptions, ticket access, and premium reserved bays. Space guidance, licence-plate recognition, and pre-booking make parking easy, and initial EV charging comes with room to expand. A staffed assistance point, a valet-ready drop-off, a driver lounge, and space for car detailing complete the experience.

It is the holding company overseeing three specialized sub-holdings: real estate development, through Towns & Seas and MODAD Properties; construction, through Leading Blocks and MODAD Construction; and MEP, through Widevues.
